The Community Center for the Deaf (CCD) at Easterseals offers services designed to empower Deaf, hard of hearing, and DeafBlind individuals across multiple counties throughout Ohio. Funded primarily by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, the CCD focuses on promoting communication access, independence, and community integration.
