SUMMARY:
Easterseals of Northeast Ohio is looking for an energetic Community Services Program Coordinator to work 20-29 hours per week. No evenings or weekends! The right candidate for this position will be required, but not limited to:

JOB OBJECTIVE:
This position will support overall program efficiency and quality while ensuring older adults and individuals with disabilities receive timely, high-quality services that promote independence and well-being. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist in the coordination of daily routes and schedules for meal delivery and transportation services.
 - Communicate regularly with clients to confirm service needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
 - Monitor service delivery and collaborate with drivers, the Adult Day Department, clients, and vendors to maintain high standards.
 - Maintain accurate client records, service logs, and program documentation in compliance with agency policies and funder requirements.
 - Produces the daily meal counts for home-delivered meals and forwards them to the nutrition provider.
 - Collaborate with the nutrition provider to ensure meal availability and proper handling.
 - Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting as needed.
 - Complete client assessments and eligibility verifications.
 - Complete satisfaction surveys.
 - Working within computer programs related to the job tasks to support the departmental needs. 
 - All other duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Familiar with office equipment such as computers, phones, faxes, and scanners.
 - Office experience preferred.
 - Customer service preferred.

- General office equipment
 - Various software and database systems
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling and reaching.
 
FLSA Status – Non-Exempt/$14.00 per hour 
Classification – Part-Time/20-29 hours per week
